About:China Work Visa

I will be working in Nanning. They are currently processing my Z visa.

I want to go to Quanzhou, Fujian province for a couple of days to get a replacement bank card. Can I spend a couple of days in Quanzhou before I fly to Nanning or do I have to go to Nanning directly? Your advice appreciated.

Andrew, you can go to Quanzhou first after you get your Z type. However, you should understand that Z type is only valid for 30 days. And you need to apply for the employment certificate and then change your Z type into resident permit. If you needn't get your replacement bank card urgently, I think you should go to Nanning first to go through the procedure. You know, 30 days is very short for getting these things done.
