hi, my name is andrea, colombian citizen, do i need visa for one day in beijing?

I am flying from USA to Seul, Korea, my fly stops at Beijing and i need to wait for my connection fly for 14 hours, can i go out of the airport during this time?

You needn't apply because you are qualified for 24 hours free transit. Yes, you can exit the airport. However, you need to apply for the stay permit at the immigration when you arrive.  It's actually a stamp on your passport and you can get it for free.
