Dual Visa Needed for Cruise to Asia

We booked a cruise thru Princess Cruises this week and were told we needed to have a dual entry for China. Cruise isn't until March 2016. How soon should we start this and is there a place in Honolulu we can get. We are from Kona Hawaii.

Marie, you need go to Chinese consulate in Los Angeles to apply for a double entry one. There is no Chinese consulate in Honolulu.
