About:Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan

Can I apply for a chinese tourist visa (L) in Bishkek?

we are tourists from Germany. Can we do this by our own?

Generally speaking, if you have a valid entry permit for Kyrgyzstan, you can apply the L type there.

Hello Larry, we have just a stamp in passport, we Don't Need to Register at migrationpolice. What means "generally speaking"?
