About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

Can a U.S. citizen obtain a tourist visa in the Toronto Chinese embassy/consulate?

Does the applicant need to be there in person? Either I, her father, or her sister, will be presenting the paperwork in person.

Hi, Mike, it's possible to apply from the CVASC in Toronto. The applicant doesn't need to be there in person. Others can be there on the applicant's behald. Besides, the postal application service is available.
