I am planning to travel with my 2 kids to hongkong for 3 days and 2 nights have a tour in Disneyland then to Dubai  and spend christmas and new year our Chinese zodiac signs are rabbit, tiger and monkey.In Dubai we will meet and stay with zodiac sign dragon.Is it best time to travel?

Maria, monkey and tiger are not suggested to travel in August. Since you go in December, you needn't worry about anything. It's ok to travel at that time.
