Wife received a 10 year visa in 2015. Is it active again? Does she need a PCR Covid test?

My wife is Canadian and wants to visit her mother in China. She had a 10 year visa expiring 10-AUG-2024 with 120 day limit. Are old 10 year visas now active again? Does the 120 day limit mean she has to go before 10-APR-2024 or can she go later if she only wants to go for a one week visit? Does China still require a PCR Covid test before entry?

Yes, the 10-year visa has been active again.

According to her visa statement, she can enter China anytime before 10-August-2024 and upon arrival, she can stay here for up to 120 days each entry. The validity and duration of stay are two different things.

Currently, a self-testing antigen within 48 hours before arrival is required.
