foreigner living in china, want to invite my fiancee for a visit.

Hello,I am a Canadian with a Chinese Residence Permit working here. I would like to invite my fiancee (a Ukraine citizen) to visit me here.Where can she apply for a Visa, Embassy of course but can she apply at one of the Consular offices? Must she go to Kiev embassy person, or can she apply by mailing the application?

Hi Christopherd, she can apply from the embassy in Kiev or the consulate general in Odessa depending on where she lives.The mailed application is not acceptable. If she can't submit in person, she can entrust others or an agency to do it for her.
