About:China Visa on Arrival

can I apply VOA at Shenzhen (Lo Wu) and go to Dongguan?

Hi. I will travel to Shenzhen and Dongguan from Hongkong. And when going back to Hongkong will exit from Lo wu. I am holding Indonesia passport. Thanks

In principle, it's not allowed to leave Shenzhen while you are holding the Shenzhen VOA, so you had better not go to Dongguan to avoid troubles.
