About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can I buy the transportation card at Pudong Airport as soon as I arrive in Shanghai?

Yes, you can buy it. Upon arrival at the airport, you can go to the Pudong Airport subway station, where you can buy the card through customer service center. Have a try.
