Buy Beijing Smart Card at the Airport

We would like to buy a Subway Smart Card at the Airport Express Train station at 6:30 a.m. and return it 3 days later at the west train station at 7:30 p.m.
Are there open offices at this time to buy or return the smart cards?

Yes, the office will be open till the subway stops its operation (T2: 23:10; T3: 22:50). Do not worry about that.

There are 2 questions:
the first concerning the Airport is answered sufficiently.
The second question, if or where it is possible to return the SmartCard near the West Railway Station in the evening, this question is still open.
