About:Traveling Cost in China

is 4,851.10 cny enough for 10 days in chongqing?

i will be stop in hotel and buy some gifts and hope to see some tourist sites around the area I might be traveling alone next year to chongqing.

Generally, it is enough to cover your 10 days stay in the city. Tighten your budget for accommodation (CNY180-250 can serve you a good hotel). And if you stay in the same hotel during the period, you may get some discounts. Then you will spare enough money for shopping, dining, transportation and sightseeing.

it will be for 8 days not 10 sorry about that I am actually going to see my girlfriend we in long distance relationship at moment is there any we're they serve English food

Oh, I see. Then your money is enough. Except KFC and Mcdonald's, I recommend the Tomato Bread Garden and Ali & Ade to you. Both of them offer great western food. You can take your girl there. You can also ask for her opinion. Probably she is familiar with the city. Also you should not miss Chongqing Hotpot!
