I suggest you take the bus operated by HKCTS. For the bus schedule is quite dense and the fare is cheap.

You can take the buses from Hotel Landmark Canton, China Hotel, Garden Hotel, Haitao Hotel and Dongshan Hotel. The bus fare is CNY80 for downtown areas, CNY 130 for Disneyland and Ocean Park, CNY230 for the airport.
