About:Shanghai Metro Line 2

Hongqiao Railway Station to East Nanjing Rd. by Subway

Do we just take Line 2 and get off at East Nanjing Rd? How long does it take to get there?

Yes, you can take subway line 2, get off at East Nanjing Road Station directly. It takes around 40 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 5 per person.

Yes, it is the best option for you. The hotel is about 450 yards walking distance from the Exit 7 of the subway station, so just take the subway line 2 from the railway station to East Nanjing Road.

Except taxi, personally, Maglev + Subway is the best option, which saves you much time. Take the Maglev to Longyang Road in around 8min and then transfer to line 2 to East Nanjing Road Station.
