i had three times s2. can i get s1 visa?

we are from philippines.my husband is working in china.I've been to china 3 times and i use s2 because a friend told me to get s2. but i want to stay long there becauswe want to have a baby. can i get s1? i have our marriage contract verified by Department of Foreign Affairs

Yes, you can apply for the S1. As you have got the S2 trice already, I think it's very likely that you can get the S1. The length of your stay duration is in accordance with the remaining validity of your husband's PRC residence permit.
