About:Beijing Capital Airport T2

which terminals and bag pickup at Capital Airport?

I arrive from London to connect to Fuzhou - what are the terminals? Do I pick up bag in Beijing or pick up at Fuzhou.
I speak only English

You will arrive and depart in T3, and you need to collect your luggage. You will go through the following procedures.
STEP1: Inspection & Quarantine, Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection
STEP2: Baggage Claim
STEP3: Customs Inspection
STEP4: Going through Transfer Formalities
STEP5: Security check
STEP6: Waiting & Boarding.

Do not worry, in the airport , there are signs in English indicating the direction to go through the procedures. you will make it.
