What are the best cheapest and fastest mode of transport available ? How much time will it take ?We have two big bags with us. And is it allowed to carry in a subway?

Subway + Airport Express Train is suggested. Take subway line 2 at Chongwenmen Station, get off at Dongzhimen Station. Then take airport express to get to PEK directly. The whole journey takes around 45min and costs CNY28 per person. By the way, you can take your luggages onboard.
