About:Ferry of Shekou Port, Shenzhen

Can I take the ferry from Shenzhen to Hong Kong International night before?

My flight departs Hong Kong International Airport on Saturday morning at 0900 and have made hotel reservation at a airport hotel for the Friday night. Can I take the ferry from SZ on Friday evening or will I be denied boarding as it is not classed as transfer passenger?

Actually, the ferry route is a close channel which leads to the boarding gate of HKIA, without going through immigration. So you cannot arrive one day before.

But you can take it from Shekou Port to Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. The schedules are 07:45, 10:15, 11:45, 14:15, 16:45 and 19:15. The duration is about 55 mins.
After arriving, you can take subways to your airport hotel.
