About:Kunming Travel

transport from Shangr- la to Kunming

Hi I will be traveling to Yunnan and want to find out whats the best way to get from Tiger leaping gorge to Shangri-la and then from Shangrila back to KM?

Catch a private car to Hutiaoxia Town. At the local Long-distance Bus Station, the pass-by buses from Dali or Lijiang can easily be taken and they shall take you to Shangri-la.

From Shangri-la to KM, direct buses are scheduled at the Long-distance Bus Station and it takes around 10 hours to arrive. I remember the schedules are 11:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:30, 17:30, 18:30, and 19:30.
