You have two choices.
1. From WH Port, there are two direct special tourist bus line to the pool, leaving at 07:00 and 09:00.
2. In Huangpi Bus Station, there are also special bus line to the pool, bus the bus schedule is quite dense, so you can easily catch one upon arrival at the bus station.
