How long does it take to travel by bus from Zhaoxing to Congjiang bullet train station?

I am confused by the conflicting information on the time taken to travel by bus from Zhaoxing to Congjiang.

In your website it was commented that it takes 3 hours, whereas I read a traveller commented in Mayengwo website that it takes 15 minutes by tourist bus that costs CNY10.

I wish to travel to Zhaoxing after Xijiang, but not too sure how I should plan my travel. Should I travel back to Guiyang to take the bullet train to Congjiang then Zhaoxing or travel by bus from Xijiang > Kaili > Luoxiang > Zhaoxing? Is this bus route possible and how many changes of buses required? Which option is better and takes shorter time?
