waiting for flight at capital airport.

Question

We are arriving on a China Airlines (Cathy Pacific) flight from Hong Kong and need to wait for a Singapore airline flight coming in 2 hours later.  Can we wait in the same area? Thank you

Although both airlines are in T3, you have to go through immigration and take the transfer procedure. Therefore, it is impossible and forbidden to just wait the next flight at the same area.
