Obtaining visa from chinese embassy at nepal for tourism for Indian citizen

we are 5 couples from India are working as doctors in Pokhara Nepal, for a long time. and want to visit PRC from 20 Oct to 7 Nov 2015 we have booked our round trip air tickets from Kathmandu and made part payment to Chinese tour agency. Can we get L types from Chinese embassy at Kathmandu on our Indian passport or have to get it from India? Please reply
