About:China Visa on Arrival

hongkong - mainland china - hongkong. Is it possible for me to get china visa in hongkong?

Hi.. i am indonesian. I am planning to go to hongkong, for vacation, and i also want to go to china from hongkong. What is the closest china city from hongkong? VOA in hongkong is valid for 30days, if i can manage to go to mainland, and back to hongkong, does it start calculated 30days from my arrival date from mainland?

Flora, the nearest city is Shenzhen. Hoewever, I am afraid that you may not apply successfully in HK if you don't have valid resident status. You'd better apply one from the Chinese embassy/consulate in your country before you go to HK.

Your HK entry starts from 00:00 of the next after you arrive. If you go to mainland and then get back to HK again, you can acquire another 30 days.

Im currently not in my country. I am travelling from other country to hongkong. Is there any way i can apply in HK. I have valid entry permit for USA. Will that help?

The USA entry permit doesn't help. If you really want to apply in HK, then you might find a local agent and see if they can help you acquire one.
