About:Hong Kong Airport Express

BA passengers shuttle service from HKIA

We are arriving on a BA flight and staying at The Empire Hotel Causeway Bay. Do I need to reserve seats on Shuttle Bus and does the shuttle stop outside the hotel.

Well, it's not necessary for you to reserve the seats in advance.
By the way, only airport express passengers can enjoy this free service.
So upon landing, you need to take it and get off at HK Station. Then take bus No. H2 Line to to the hotel directly. The shuttle bus will stops at the entrance of the hotel. Don't worry.
