How much the taxi would cost from Beijing Capital Airport to Mutianyu on a weekday around 1pm.

The cab fare is CNY 200 to 220 for the single trip. But I'm afraid no regular taxi driver would go that far. If they go, extra no-occupancy surcharge may be asked for the return trip.
Also, half a day may be a little tight to visit Mutianyu. A more practical way is to hire a car to wait for you and go straight to the scenic spot.
