About:Requirements for Permanent Residence Permit

Do these rewards count as a "Outstanding Alien"?

I lived and taught in China for 10 years. I have been married to a Chinese for 2 years. While working I was rewarded a Honorary Fellowship issued by the province of Liaoning and a "Friends to china certificate from the city of Anshan.

Jim, I should say that it's very difficult to acquire permanent resident permit in China. According to related report, just around 200 foreigners apply successfully every year. Even you meet all requirements, it's still possible that your application is turned down finally.

If you really want to get it, then you can prepare all required documents and submit your application. Good luck!
