Ms.Ai,You may also go to Munigou Valley too. If you go to Jiuzhaigou Valley in April, you may also go to Huanglong Scenic Area. Huanglong is more beautiful than Munigou Valley but it has been closed from November 16 to March 31 this year. It will be open in April.

No, Jiuzhaigou is not affected by tbe draught. You can still go there.
