About:Requirements for China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

How can I get an Outstanding Alien Visa?

I have been in China for 11 years doing volunteer work, and teaching and business. I do have a TV show they did on Guangxi TV about my volunteering, and another show where I am performing a song about volunteering. Would this help?

Liz, does the "Outstanding Alien" type here refer to the permanent residence permit? If so, I think you are probably qualied for it, but you need to consult this with the exit and entry administration office. They have the final say.
