multiple entries visa for 10 years

I am a USA citizen.  $140  fee is expensive.  Are these my 2 options? 1 year multiple entries or Multiple entries one for 10 years? What information do I need to provide if I want multiple entries one for 10 years?

Mapon, as the fees for one year type and ten year type are the same, I advise you to apply for the 10-year multiple-enty type. Then you should make sure that your passport is valid for more than one year. The other requirements are exactly the same as you are applying for a normal entry permit.
