About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Group travel

Hi, I'd like to book train tickets for eight people, but we're all arriving at different times. To be safe, it somehow possible to split the collection into multiple batches while still seating the group together?

To clarify, we arrive into China (Beijing) the same day that we wish to travel, and want to collect them from the station (Beijing West) before we depart.

You can collect them apart. You just need to hold the correct pick up number and the passenger passport. The seats are not decided at the time of collection, they are already assigned at the time of issuing. No matter you collect them together or apart, the seat would not change.
