Evelyn, you can't change the single entry type into a multiple entry type in PSB. In case that you need another entry, you should apply for it from Singapore.

After you reenter, how many days you want to stay? If you just want to stay for three days or even less, you can make use of the 72-hour free transit policy and the entry permit is not required. If you want to stay longer, you have to apply for it from Singapore. You may use the express service to expedite the application process.
