area to stay in nanjing (for 2-day visit)

Question

Hi,Any suggestions on which area I should stay in to easily access the various places of interest?I was thinking of attempting to find accommodation. Will be in the city in end Dec for 2 days.Thanks in advance! :)

It is recommended to stay in Xuanwu District (probably near the main railway station), which is the most bustling area and the transportation nearby is convenient. If you prefer to stay in the city center, the Xinjiekou is the best choice. It is near Xinjiekou metro station and covers several districts.
