About:Tipping in China
If we are doing a private tour and driver, we go to lunch while out. do we pay for food for driver?

Kylie, it depends on how you negotiate with the driver about the charter fee. If the fee includes the meal and accommodation, then you don't need to pay. If not, you are responsible for the driver's meals and accommodation.1
