About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Enough time during a transfer to see Beijing National Stadium

I have a 4.5 hour transfer at PEK from MNL to SFO. Is that enough time to apply for a 72-hr Transit Visa, travel to the Bird's Nest and take a few pictures, then travel back to PEK?

You don't need to apply for the visa because your transfer time is within 24 hours.
But if you need to go out of the airport, you need to apply for a stay permit at the airport.

Your time is so tight to visit the Bird Nest. If you really wish to go, reserve a taxi or hire a car in advance for a round trip. Hurry up!
