Nanjing Normal University

Hi everyone, so here is my problem. I must go to the normal university but I don't know whether the dorm is good or not. I did take the Ding Building accommodation which is more likely to be an appartment. Did anyone stay there ?Is there heating for winter cause its very important for me . Please help me . Thanks in advance

As I know, the dormitories don't have heating. But don't worry. Some apartments have air conditioners.
If you wanna know more details about the living condition, you can ask help for the Forum/Community of this website. Some people there may provide some help. :-)

I don't know about Normal University but in general dorms have a 'combo' unit which provides A/C in the summer, and heating in the winter. HOWEVER the heating is usually poor - there is no insulation, so all the heat escapes. IF permitted[which is doubtful], you need to get 'space heaters' which are widely available and not expensive to purchase, but do add considerably to your electric bill.
There are a number of apartments nearby - but they have the same problem, however with an apartment you can use a space heater.
