Will the Erlian-Ulaanbaatar train going as normal?

Will the Erlian-Ulaanbaatar train go as normal during mid-July? I heard that the borders would close because of the national Naadam festivals in Mongolia from the 11th-15th July but I don't know if it is only for roads or trains as well.

The official haven't announce the border closing time in July yet. According to the previous years' announcement, Erlian border closes during July 11 - 12.
