My family visited the IPS store today. Walk in the building main entrance and they are to your immediate right - you can't miss them. Their store is essentially part of the lobby. They provided a sales person who spoke English and she was very helpful and even taught us how to ride the IPS's. NOTE: This store does NOT sell IO Hawks. They sell IPS brand products that are similar to IO Hawks. We were actually looking for IO Hawk brand but they are not available there. It is still worth a visit if you are considering buying any brand. Hope this helps.
