Yes, take subway line 2 and get off at Bell Tower Station. Leave from exit B or C and you can walk westwards to the Mosque in around 8min. It is located in a small lane and not that easy to find. Show this to a Chinese person to find the direction: wo xiang qu hui min jie li mian de qing zhen si.
