About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Non U.S. Citizen

Good morning.

Can a non U.S. citizen on a B1/B2 U.S. visa be able to obtain an entry permit to China from the consulate? I have been to China several times in the past. The last time was about a month ago. I really need a firm answer so I can make better preparations for my travel .

Ed, you can apply from the US. Aside from the regular application documents, you need to submit the original and photocopy of your B1/B2 type and the copies of your previous China entry permits.
