is it possible to get a multiple entry on my z visa?

I have a flight booked from China to UK for the second week of the 30 day validity of the Z type but I will need my passport to enter the UK.

J, Z type is a single entry one valid for 30 days. If you get back to UK during 30 days, then it is void. If you don't have something urgent, please wait until you get your resident permit. With this permit, you can enter and exit as many times as you wish.
