I am a US citizen. According to the website I can get a 12month visa (Z) multiple entry and pay for expedited service of 50 SGD and receive my visa in 1 day.  Is this correct? Thanks in advance

No, sir, if you apply for a 12 months multiple entry visa, you have to pay 130 US Dollars.Meanwhile, if you request the expedited service, you have to pay additional fee of 20 US Dollars for 2-3 working days processing and to pay addditional fee of 30 US Dollars for the same day rush service.To be brief, you have to pay altogether 150 us dollars for the express service of 2-3 working days processing and to pay 160 us dollard for the same day rush service.
