About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

Can you please confirm that we should apply for the M visa?

Myself and a co-worker are traveling to Hangzhou to handle onsite meeting logistics for a non-profit society's Annual Meeting September 3-12, 2015.

Nessa, I think you just need to apply for a F type. The invitation letter from the host of the meeting is required.
