how to submit the application and what it the procedure to get visa early?

Sahara, if you apply from Australia, you should submit the application either by post or in person to the CVASC office which is in charge of your residence area. If you submit by post, you can't apply for the express service. If you go there in person, you can apply for the rush sercice so that you can get the entry permit early.0
