visa application rejected by division of exitentry administration department of

Question

Hello, I have found an employer in guangzhou and was he willing to hire me. I have  Masters Degree in marketing and 2 years work experience. I have submitted all the document to my employer. My employer submitted an application for approval (for alien employment licence) to the Division of exit and entry Administration department fro approval. Unfortunately it was rejected. they said they wanted individuals with highy talent and special skills in science and technology which are not available in China. Isnt that for rApplicants? Are we going through the wrong path?My company is a trading company and has a registered capital of over 1 and half million. Should we go for Forgine expert Certificate instead of Alien Employment licence?Thanks in advance

Hey Steve, the Foreign Expert Certficate is issued to those who with talent and special skills, so you should go for the Alien Employment License. I don't think that this license is only for talented foreign elites, but I can't figure out the true reason that the office rejects your application. Sorry for that!
