About:China Visa Application in USA

Can I apply for visa in Houston for son who lives in Colorado?

Does son in Colorado have to go to Chicago or can I be his agent and apply in Houston, since my husband and I who live in Dallas will also be applying for tourist types in Houston?

Kathryn, your son has to apply from the consulate in Chicago.
