You can choose the MTR+Subway.
Walk to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station to take the West Rail Line to Hung Hom Station, where you can transfer to East Rail Line to Lo Wu Station (HKD39.3, 55 mins). Passing the border, you will reach Shenzhen Luohu. At this station, you can take the subway Luobao Line to WOW directly (CNY5, 30 mins). Take the Exit I and walk about 250 yards to the destination.0

WOW is more for Chinese who have little chance to go abroad. It does have some nice gardens.
There is a bus from the waterfront which crosses the border; about 55rmb: 1 hour or so
Then from there take a bus going to WOW; about 20rmb; about 40 min0
