About:Chinese Embassy in Armenia

Request for information!

Hi .I'm going to participate in an internship program in China for a year. Could you give me a hint which type of visa I need to apply for. I searched on the internet and came up with F type? But as far as I understand, you can't stay in China for more than 6 months on F type. So can I extend it later for another 6 months again? Thanks!

Narine, I'm afraid you'll have to get a Z type instead of the F type. There are two probable reasons. First, if your internship is paid, you are required to get a Z type. Second, your stay duration is too long for applying an F type.
