Shenzhen airport to Kowloon by bus?

Hello, i arrive from Kunming at SZ airport about 1.20pm in August. Any advice as to how to get to my hotel in Observatory Court in Tsim Sha Tsai please? A bus across the border? To a subway or somewhere in Kowloon? Thank you for any advice.
