Can he stay in Shenzhen for 72 hours?

USA passport Holder fly from USA to Hong Kong and then ferry to Macau.

Jennifer, USA passport holders need to apply for a valid visa if they plan to visit mainland China. So he should apply for a L type in advance before he goes.
